    Colon is re-signing with the Cardinals on Monday, Jess Root of USA Today reports. Colon will get a one-year deal worth $1.75 million to return for a second season in Arizona after spending the first three years of his career in Baltimore. The 25-year-old started four games last season while appearing in 14. He should have the opportunity to earn a regular starting role in 2024.

Colon, who exited the Cardinals' Week 8 loss to the Ravens with an injury, was unable to practice all week, so it's no surprise that he's been ruled out ahead of Sunday's contest. Dennis Daley is expected to get the nod at left guard in Colon's stead.

    Colon (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest with the Ravens, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports. Colon suffered a right knee injury in the first quarter and it's unclear whether he'll be able to return. For the time being, Dennis Daley has replaced him at left guard according to Dani Sureck of the Cardinals' official site.
