Two questionable Eagles should play Week 9

Eagles S Patrick Chung, WR Damaris Johnson and LB Casey Matthews are all active Week 9 against the Raiders.

While Chung has been ruled active, he will not get the start at safety. Earl Wolff will be called on to start for Philadelphia.
