As expected, Jake Locker and RB Javon Ringer are out for Thursday's game vs. the Steelers. LB Patrick Bailey and WR Lavelle Hawkins are also on the inactive list.

Titans inactives: QB Jake Locker (shoulder), RB Javon Ringer (knee), OT Mike Otto (knee), LB Patrick Bailey (hand), WR Lavelle Hawkins, OG Deuce Lutui and DT DaJohn Harris.
