Texans sign pair of rookies

Texans draft choices Alfred Blue and Lonnie Ballentine both reached terms of a deal on Wednesday according to the Houston Chronicle. 

Blue, from LSU, figures to serve as running back depth for the Texans but could evolve into a contributor. Ballentine will try to make the club as a backup defensive back and special teamer.
