Packers defensive end Datone Jones (head) is active for Sunday's game at San Francisco, the Packers' official site reports.

In Week 3, Jones was examined for a potential concussion, but nothing emerged, and he'll be available to the defensive line rotation Sunday. His sparse usage (just 18 percent of the defensive snaps) this season hasn't lent itself to individual defensive player relevance.
