The Jaguars' list of inactives for Week 4 against the Colts includes wide receiver Mike Brown (back), wide receiver Stephen Burton (concussion), defensive back Dwight Lowery (concussion), defensive back Dwayne Gratz (ankle), tight end D.J. Williams, defensive lineman Abry Jones and offensive lineman Austin Paszto. Williams, Jones and Paszto are all healthy scratches.
