The Bills have designated the following players as inactive for Sunday's Week 4 battle with the Texans: wide receivers Marquise Goodwin (concussion) and Marcus Easley (knee), linebacker Randell Johnson (knee), offensive lineman Chris Williams and Cyrus Kouandjio, running back Bryce Brown and cornerback Ross Cockrell.
