Vikings' Shaun Hill: Throws for 236 yards in Week 1

Hill completed 18 of 33 passes for 236 yards, scrambling twice for an additional eight yards in Sunday's 25-16 win at Tennessee.

Minnesota's offense failed to generate a single touchdown, but a pair of defensive scores led them to victory. While Hill was asked to throw more often than expected due to the effectiveness of Tennessee's rushing defense, most of his passes were of the safe variety. Despite the mistake-free effort from the veteran, expect him to cede the starting job to Sam Bradford once the former Eagles quarterback learns the playbook.
