Saints' Keenan Lewis: Placed on PUP list

Lewis has been placed on the Saints' physically unable to perform list to start training camp, Mike Triplett of ESPN NFL Nation reports.

Lewis had sports hernia surgery in January and took reps during offseason workouts, but the team has still placed him on the PUP list, which comes as a bit of a surprise. He'll likely be able to play sometime in the preseason, but it's unclear when that will be. Look for Delvin Breaux and Damian Swann to see some extra reps while Lewis is kept out of practice.
