Robert Herron: Boom gets lowered Friday

Herron remains without a team as the 2016 season draws near.

Herron was a fringe candidate for a role with the Buccaneers last season, but was waived/injured just before last season and is still looking for work. We'll see if Herron, a 2014 sixth-round draft pick, gets one more audition once a team gets hit by the injury bug in 2016.
