Taylor signed a contract with the Panthers on Monday, Myles Simmons of the team's official site reports.
Taylor previously signed with Carolina as an undrafted free agent back in 2014, making this his second stint with the team. The 29-year-old will provide the Panthers with linebacker depth and he could contribute on special teams.
