Adams (hand) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest with Buffalo, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Adams sustained a hand injury in the first quarter and was forced to exit Sunday's contest. It's unclear if he'll be able to return to the field, but in the meantime Adrian Amos will step into a more significant role in New York's secondary.
