Swoope signed with the 49ers on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Swoope has only spent time with the Colts since going undrafted in 2014. He suited up for 16 games in 2016 and seven in 2018, but he's primarily been on the practice squad aside from that. The former University of Miami basketball player will now look to make an impression at San Francisco's camp.
