Earl Wolff: Reaches injury settlement with Jaguars

Wolff (hamstring) reached an injury settlement with the Jaguars on Wednesday, Mike Persinger of the Charlotte Observer reports.

Wolff remains without an expected return date, but is now eligible to sign with another team.
