Harris was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Harris is now the fifth player that Cleveland has placed on the COVID-19 list this week. The backup center returned from injured reserve ahead of the Browns' Week 9 win over the Bengals, but his status for Week 10 is now in jeopardy. If he is unable to suit up, then Michael Dunn will likely operate as the backup to JC Tretter.
