The Dallas Police Department confirmed Thursday that an arrest warrant has been issued for Miller for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
According to the report, Dallas Police responded to a "major disturbance call," with a preliminary investigation showing that Miller and a woman got into a verbal argument and that he allegedly assaulted her. Miller left the scene before officers arrived, and the woman in question was not transported to a hospital but was treated for minor injuries. The Bills subsequently released a statement on the matter Thursday, noting that the organization is aware of the incident involving Miller and is in the process of gathering more information. Buffalo is on bye Week 13 before returning to action Sunday, Dec. 10 in Kansas City.
