Oliver (toe) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus Tampa Bay, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.
Oliver was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, and it seems his status could be up in the air until Buffalo's inactive list is announced 90 minutes before kickoff. If he can't play in Week 8, Tim Settle would likely be in line for an increased workload again.
