Tyler Murphy signed with the Dolphins in January, and he will look to make the final roster with a strong performance in training camp. Even if he makes the team he would have minimal Fantasy value and is not worth drafting in the majority of leagues. Murphy appeared in two games with the Steelers in 2015 and had one catch for 16 yards. He is not worth drafting in the majority of leagues.
