Javontee Herndon will compete for a roster spot with the Chargers this season as a reserve receiver. He appeared in eight games in 2015 with San Diego and had 24 catches for 195 yards and one carry for 13 yards. The Chargers are set with their top three receivers in Keenan Allen, Travis Benjamin and Steve Johnson, so Herndon's best bet is to beat out Dontrelle Inman for the No. 4 job. Even if he earns the position he would have minimal Fantasy value in the majority of leagues and should not be drafted.
