Dolphins kicker Andrew Franks was among the worst Fantasy kickers in 2015. He made just 13 of 16 field goals and 33 of 36 extra points, finishing as the No. 29 kicker in standard leagues. Miami's offense should improve in 2016, which should give Franks more chances to score, but he has to prove himself first before Fantasy owners can trust him. He's not worth drafting in the majority of leagues but could turn into a waiver wire addition during the season.
