Brown (knee) is available and starting Monday versus Denver.
Brown will return to Denver for the second time this season to face his former squad. The 27-year-old is set to return from a four-game absence due to right knee inflammation, and he'll get a chance with the first unit while the Raptors navigate around a number of key backcourt injuries. This marks Brown's first start since Feb. 5 against the Pelicans.
