New Orleans recalled Liddell from the G League's Birmingham Squadron on Monday.
Though Liddell will rejoin the Pelicans after the Squadron completed its G League season Saturday, he's not guaranteed to see any playing time at the NBA level in the short term. Liddell's last action with the Pelicans came back on Jan. 27.
