Lakers' Jarred Vanderbilt: Takes part in Monday's practice

Vanderbilt (foot) "exerted himself at a high level" following the Lakers' morning shootaround but will remain out for Monday's Game 2 against the Nuggets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

Head coach Darvin Ham noted in his pregame press conference that the team will wait to see how Vanderbilt responds Tuesday before determining his next steps toward a return. Vanderbilt hasn't played since Feb. 1 due to a right mid-foot sprain.
