Mets' Brooks Raley: Expected to miss minimum time

Raley (elbow) had an MRI on Sunday, which revealed no structural damage in his left elbow, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Raley was placed on the 15-day injured list with left elbow inflammation Sunday, but manager Carlos Mendoza believes he's likely to miss the minimum two weeks following the MRI results. The Mets appear to have dodged the worst with their impressive left-hander.
