Gelof is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
Gelof has started in all 47 games he's been healthy this season but will step out of the starting nine Sunday after going 0-for-9 with four strikeouts in his past four contests. Aledmys Diaz will handle the keystone and bat eighth in the series finale versus Toronto.
