O'Hoppe isn't in the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Rays, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
The Angels and Rays are playing a day game after a night game, so O'Hoppe will receive a day of rest. Matt Thaiss will step in as the Angels' starting catcher in the series finale.
