Carr didn't play in Monday's 139-110 loss to Lakeland due to a knee injury.
Carr sat out the regular-season finale for rest purposes, and he's now dealing with a knee injury that forced him to miss the BayHawks' playoff matchup. The severity of the injury isn't yet known. Carr averaged 8.7 points, 4.7 assists and 2.9 rebounds over 20.5 minutes per game this season.

Carr totaled just six points over the past two games, but he was much more effective for the BayHawks during Saturday's narrow win. He's come off the bench in each of the first 10 games this season and is averaging 8.9 points and 5.0 assists over 21.5 minutes per contest.

After missing the G League season opener, Carr has had considerable production off the bench across the past two games. He tied for the team lead in playing time Saturday and managed to score in double figures despite shooting just 33.3 percent from the floor. Across his two appearances with the Erie BayHawks, Carr is now averaging 10.5 points and 5.0 assists over 21.1 minutes per contest.

Pelicans' Tony Carr: Joining Pels for camp
Carr agreed Tuesday with the Pelicans on a nonguaranteed contract, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
A second-round pick of New Orleans in 2018, Carr is presumably attending training camp with the Pelicans on an Exhibit 10 deal. The 6-foot-5 guard spent the 2019-20 season with the G League's Erie BayHawks, averaging 10.0 points, 3.8 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game over 13 appearances.

Carr will sign with Fiat Torino in Italy, Sportando.com reports.
Carr was selected by the Pelicans with the 51st overall pick in this year's draft, but after struggling in summer league, the former Penn State standout has already elected to try his luck overseas. While boasting great size for the point guard position, he lacks the athleticism needed to play the position in today's NBA. While a return is possible for Carr in the future, it's possible the point guard's skill set makes him a better overall fit in Europe.
