Auburn forward Anfernee McLemore was stretchered off the court vs. South Carolina on Saturday after suffering a gruesome ankle injury.

In an unfortunate turn of events, a teammate rolled up on him in the paint as he attempted to grab a rebound. The result was not pretty, and McLemore was heard screaming in pain in the immediate aftermath.

McLemore was taken to a nearby hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, for further evaluation. In a tweet Saturday evening, he announced that he dislocated his ankle, fractured his tibia, and is expected to be sidelined for 4-6 months.

McLemore is averaging 7.7 points per game and 5.3 rebounds this season for the tenth-ranked Tigers.
