Concacaf Nations League picks for Jamaica vs. USMNT

Before you tune in to Thursday's match, you need to see the Concacaf Nations League picks from soccer expert Martin Green. After working in the sports betting industry for several years, Green became a professional sports writer and handicapper and has covered the game worldwide. Since last year's World Cup, Green has been profitable in multiple areas on his soccer picks, including the Champions League (+4.78 units), the FA Cup (+3.07), the EFL Cup (+3.64), Euro 2024 qualifiers (+3.01) and the Europa League (+1.60).

For USMNT vs. Jamaica, Green is picking both teams to score for a +120 payout. The expert notes that multiple members of the USMNT roster have been playing well recently for their international teams, including Yunus Musah, Weston McKennie and team captain Christian Pulisic. Green likes how well-rounded the roster is and believes this will allow manager Greg Herhalter to rotate players off the bench in the second half without bringing the level of play down.

However, Green is also complimentary of Jamaica's scoring abilities and thinks the U.S. will have trouble containing players like Michail Antonio and Demarai Gray for the entire 90 minutes, even as the Reggae Boyz play without one of their best players.

"Winger Leon Bailey, who has delivered a string of superb performances for Aston Villa in recent weeks, has been axed from the squad after breaking the team's curfew," Green told SportsLine. "That represents a major blow, but Gray, Antonio and Fulham's Bobby Decordova-Reid will still make life difficult for the USA's defense on Thursday." Stream the game here.
