Kadri's first year with the Flames came to a close with a respectable 56 points in 82 contests, including a goal and three assists over his last six outings. He was always a long shot to repeat last year's 87-point campaign, and his 2022-23 production still counts as his third-highest point total. Flames' Nazem Kadri: Secures standings point with goal
Kadri scored a power-play goal on five shots and added two hits in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Canucks. Kadri's goal 6:06 into the third period helped the Flames salvage a standings point to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. It was the 32-year-old center's first goal since March 25. Kadri is up to 24 tallies, 55 points (19 on the power play), 263 shots, 97 hits, 56 PIM and a minus-19 rating through 80 appearances this season. The goal was like so many of Kadri's best -- he deflected a Jonathan Huberdeau shot in the high slot as part of a four-goal flurry in the second period.
