The Rams waived James on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
James joined the Rams in May as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia. He'll now look to find a new opportunity with the hope of making an NFL roster or finding a spot on a practice squad ahead of the 2023 season.
