Among the seven players not in uniform for the Browns in Week 15 against the Bears Sunday, three had been ruled out prior to kickoff with injuries. Offensive lineman John Greco (knee), running back Willis McGahee (concussion, knee) and tight end Andre Smith (calf) were all ruled out after being unable to practice Friday.
The remainder of the inactive list is made up of four healthy scratches: quarterback Alex Tanney; tight end Keavon Milton; and offensive linemen Reid Fragel and Martin Wallace.
