Although ST coordinator Dave Toub likes WR Eric Weems as an alternate return man to Devin Hester, he's especially happy to have the former Falcon for punt and kick coverage. "That's the good thing about him," Toub said. "He's a good returner, but he's here because he's a good cover guy. He's a No. 1 (punt) gunner." Weems will take some of former Pro Bowl special teamer Corey Graham's spots. Toub is also high on LB Blake Costanzo. "He's more of an inside, you know, disrupter-type guy," Toub said.
