The Steelers have made QB Landry Jones, WE Markus Wheaton, CB Curtis Brown, TE Richard Gordon, LB Kion Wilson, OG David DeCastro and DT Hebron Fangupo inactive Week 9 against the Patriots.
Brown and Wheaton were both listed as out on the team's injury report Friday. The other five payers are healthy scratches.
