Wide receiver Robert Meachem is the headliner among the seven healthy scratches on the inactive list posted by the Saints for their Sunday game against Carolina.
The others are defensive backs Stanley Jean-Baptiste and Terrence Frederick, nose tackle Lawrence Virgil, tackle Nick Becton, linebacker Moise Fokou and guard Senio Kelemete.
