The Chargers signed WRs Eddie Royal (Broncos) and Robert Meachem (Saints) this offseason after losing WR Vincent Jackson (Buccaneers). The prevailing belief is Meachem will be a starter and Royal will work primarily as a slot receiver. Royal, however, has touched the ball significantly more than Meachem through the first two days of OTAs and has made multiple nice catches.
