Safety Brandon Meriweather will miss at least four more weeks because of second- and third-degree sprains of both his PCL and MCL in his left knee.

Meriweather re-injured his knee in a pre-game collision with receiver Aldrick Robinson before the Tampa Bay game on Sept. 30. He didn't play in the first three games after originally hurting the knee the week of the season opener.

The Redskins have rotated Reed Doughty and DeJon Gomes in his place.

Tryouts: With Billy Cundiff struggling, the Redskins will work out kickers Tuesday. According to CBS’ Jason LaCanfora, they’ll look at Olindo Mare, Josh Brown and Kai Forbath. Cundiff has missed five of his last eight field goals, two of which have been from 31 yards. Cundiff has talked a few times about the timing being off with long snapper Justin Snow.
