On Tuesday IK Enemkpali lost his job as a member of the Jets. The linebacker made the mistake of sucker-punching the most important member of the team, quarterback Geno Smith. (Geno will be back though!)
Perhaps the Jets should've seen this coming. Enemkpali had issues off the field in college at Louisiana Tech. Or the Jets could've just looked at his incredibly prescient draft profile at NFL.com.
Not only does it describe "shock and violence in his punch" (!) but the Nolan Nowrocki-written piece mentions that he "keeps battling to the quarterback."
This is even more ironic because Nowrocki ripped Geno apart during the pre-draft process, saying he's "not a student of the game … Not committed or focused -- marginal work ethic."
