CB Mike Jenkins is expected to be in attendance for next week’s mandatory minicamp despite missing the first three weeks of OTA practices. Hampered by a shoulder rehab and reportedly disappointed in his role and lack of contract extension, Jenkins has remained in Florida this summer. But missing next week’s minicamp would subject him to a $10,000 daily fine.
