Jaguars tackle Guy Whimper makes nice TD catch

For most of his career, Jaguars tackle Guy Whimper has been rated as one of the worst offensive linemen in the league. But now we've discovered why Whimper has struggled as a tackle. Its because hes really a top-notch wide receiver.

For most of his career, Jaguars tackle Guy Whimper has been rated as one of the worst offensive linemen in the league. Pro Football Focus ranks him 57th among tackles this season, and he was rated No. 54 in 2011 (before last year, he didn’t play enough to merit inclusion in the rankings).

But now we’ve discovered why Whimper has struggled as a tackle. It’s because he’s really a top-notch wide receiver.

Seriously, though, that was a wonderful catch by a guy who doesn’t catch passes for a living.
