Falcons defensive back Desmond Trufant and linebacker Joplo Bartu each made six tackles in the loss to the Patriots. Trufant had a pass defended, Bartu a tackle for loss.
They tied for second on the team behind linebacker Akeem Dent, who made eight tackles before leaving with an ankle injury. Safety Thomas DeCoud and defensive tackle Corey Peters added five tackles apiece.
