The Seahawks are holding their first practice of training camp Saturday, here's what you need to know before camp starts:

Marshawn Lynch pled not guilty to his DUI charge, according to AP reporter Tim Booth. Lynch's attorney doesn't expect the trial to start until after the 2012 season.

Former 49ers and Browns receiver Braylon Edwards worked out for the Seahawks Thursday, a source told CBSSports.com's Jason La Confora.

The financial details of defensive end Chris Clemons' new contract are now known. Clemons will be paid an average of $7 million per season through 2014.

Pete Carroll has gone 7-9 in each of his first two seasons as the Seahawks coach. CBSSports.com's Pete Prisco sees more of the same this year as he predicts the final regular season record of all 32 NFL teams.

Chris Clemons wasn't the only big signing for Seattle this week. The Seahawks also locked up center Max Unger, who was heading into the final season of his rookie contract.

And finally, here's a Seahawks training camp preview from the AP. Unsurprisingly, it focuses on the team's quarterback competition.
