The Peyton Manning-inspired throngs have only grown larger and more adoring at Broncos headquarters. Their seventh practice of training camp Thursday attracted 5,034 fans, a record for a camp session at their facility.

All the while, the Broncos have gradually expanded their repertoire. They began mixing in no-huddle packages on Monday, simulated a two-minute drill scenario on Wednesday and worked in goal-line packages on Thursday. Manning has looked smooth throughout and hasn't been bothered by his surgically repaired neck, though the true test of his health will come when he takes his first hits in a game.

Who's here: RB Knowshon Moreno and RG Chris Kuper have worked their way back into team drills after being brought back slowly after recovering from a torn ACL and fractured fibula, respectively. RT Orlando Franklin was cleared to take part in Thursday night's walk-through after missing four days of practice because of a concussion suffered during the July 28 practice, which was the first in which players wore full pads. During the time Franklin sat out, he was replaced on the first team by Chris Clark. DT Justin Bannan returned to full work after missing time off and on because of a calf injury. Undrafted rookie DE Jamie Blatnick assumed a role on the third team after missing the first three days of training camp because of an ankle injury. Two players were added to the roster in recent days -- former University of Colorado S Anthony Perkins and ex-Seahawks WR Cameron Kenney, who was claimed off waivers.

Who's not: Wide receiver Eric Decker didn't take part in any periods of practice against a defense on Wednesday or Thursday because of a strained groin, but he expects to return Friday. WR D'Andre Goodwin was placed on the waived/injured list Thursday after injuring his foot while trying to catch a pass during a two-minute drill period a day earlier. S Quinton Carter hasn't practiced since July 27 because of a hamstring and knee injuries, as he was hurt diving after a pass in the end zone. WRs Greg Orton (ankle) and Tyler Grisham (knee) were sidelined on Thursday. Rookie RB Ronnie Hillman missed Thursday's practice because of a hamstring injury.
