Dominique Jones in, Mark Asper out for Buffalo

The Bills have signed tight end Dominique Jones, who was waived by Kansas City in March. They have also waived offensive lineman Mark Asper.

Jones has played in 12 total NFL games for three different teams and has just three catches in his career.
