Despite “amicable” communications between the Seahawks and DE Chris Clemons over his contract, Clemons isn't expected to take part in the team’s minicamp this week. But Carroll had expected Clemons to take part until recently. “In communication with Chris I thought he was coming,” Carroll said. “So this is kind of a late development that he’s not. I’m a little bit surprised that he’s not here.”
