The Browns released their inactives prior to Sunday's game against the Bengals in Week 4, and the list featured three players already ruled out by injury. Quarterback Brandon Weeden (thumb), defensive lineman Billy Winn (quadriceps) and linebacker Quentin Groves (ankle) were all unable to suit up, as expected. Linebacker Jabaal Sheard (knee) was also inactive for the game.
The remainder of the inactive list includes tight end Keavon Milton and offensive linemen Martin Wallace and Shawn Lauvao.
