It took a while for the offense to get comfortable as the Broncos returned to the practice field Wednesday for the second week of organized team activities. QB Peyton Manning was scattershot early in team drills, but gained momentum late, closing with three consecutive completions to WRs Demaryius Thomas and Andre Caldwell and RB Lance Ball in the two-minute drill. "It was evident -- particularly offensively -- that we had a four-and-a-half day hiatus," coach John Fox said.
