Broncos list Week 16 inactives

In addition to wide receiver Wes Welker, who is expected to miss the rest of the regular season with a concussion, the Broncos' list of inactives for Week 16 at Houston includes defensive back Kayvon Webster (thumb), offensive lineman Chris Kuper (ankle), defensive lineman Derek Wolfe (illness), quarterback Zac Dysert, running back C.J. Anderson and defensive lineman Sione Fua. Dysert, Anderson and Fua are all healthy scratches.
