The Bears announced several minor roster moves on Monday. The team signed safety Shamiel Gary and tight end Jacob Maxwell to their practice squad, according to the team's official website. The team also elevated cornerback Terrance Mitchell to 53-man roster from practice squad and waived linebacker Terrell Manning.
