Mariners pitcher Ramon Ramirez is dealing with visa issues and has yet to report to camp, MLB.com reports.

Ramirez was signed by the Mariners in early July after spending 2013 in the San Francisco and Tampa Bay organizations. He didn't appear in a game with the Rays after being released by the Giants, with whom he allowd seven earned runs over 5 2/3 innings across six appearances. He made 27 appearances in the minors last season (26 at Triple-A, one at high Class A), going 3-1 with a 3.31 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 42:15 K:BB ratio over 35 1/3 innings.
